There is a manager named Lisa who was absolutely rude and inconsiderate to this young man who just wanted a cup. It was not HIS fault someone took his cup. Instead of using proper customer service techniques and give him a new cup she berated him telling him she wasn't going to give him a cup until he found his original one. It's just a cup. Be courteous. Lisa is a very unkind woman.January 12, 2017
