  Terrible Service. Wed 10/19/16 6:30pm. Waited 15 minutes (inside) for the counter person to take my order (no one in line waiting to order in front of me). The Manager told her "do not take anymore orders until we clear all the current orders" - I was only one in line. Yet the manager continued to take drive thru orders.
  
  While waiting - I witnessed 3 orders before me given to inside customers (who had ordered before I entered) - each with problem - missing drinks, missing sandwich, missing fries.
  
  When they did finally take and deliver my order (to go) - no apology. Like it was normal business conditions. They ran out of fries. When I received mine - they were under-cooked (obviously rushed).
  
  Manager was clearly over his head, unprepared and incapable.

  Food tastes dry when they claim it just came from fryer taste like it has been sitting there along with there burgers, they also avoid making it right when most places will.
